The Company does not collect, receive, record, or process any personal information pertaining to users of the Application. No identifying information is requested, required, or transmitted as a condition of accessing or using the Application. The Application operates in a fully self-contained manner and does not require the creation of an account or user registration of any kind.

• a) Identity information: No name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or government-issued identifier is collected.
• b) Location data: No GPS coordinates, IP-based geolocation, or regional identifiers are processed.
• c) Usage analytics: No behavioral data, session duration, in-app events, or interaction logs are recorded.

The Company does not maintain any databases, cloud services, or server-side infrastructure that store information pertaining to individual users. All application state, preferences, and game progress are stored exclusively on the user's local device and remain solely under the user's control. Removal or uninstallation of the Application from the device will result in the permanent deletion of all locally stored data.

As no personal data is collected, the Company has no data to transfer, share, sell, license, or otherwise disclose. The Company does not engage in any data-sharing arrangements with third parties, including but not limited to:

• a) Advertisers, marketing networks, or data brokers;
• b) Analytics platforms, product intelligence tools, or crash reporting services;
• c) Governmental or regulatory authorities, except where required by applicable law.

The Application does not employ cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting, advertising identifiers (including Apple IDFA or Google GAID), or any analogous technology for the purpose of monitoring user behaviour within or outside the Application. No cross-application or cross-device tracking is performed.

The Application may be distributed through third-party platforms, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. Such platforms may independently collect technical or transactional data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The Company does not control, and expressly disclaims responsibility for, any data collection practices of such third-party platforms. Users are encouraged to review the applicable privacy policies of any distribution platform through which they acquire the Application.

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from any individual, including minors under the age of thirteen (13). As no data collection mechanism exists within the Application, no special procedures are required to protect children's privacy. If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a child has submitted personal information through the Application, they may contact us; however, no such submission pathway exists within the Application's functionality.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of material changes, the effective date reflected at the head of this document will be updated accordingly. Where reasonably practicable, users will be notified of significant changes through an in-application notice or an update to the Application's store listing. Continued use of the Application following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. The Company will not introduce data collection practices without providing prior and conspicuous notice.
